Made in Australia from 96% Australian ingredients and vrafted from locally milled Australian wheat flour.
Wholemeal Wheat Flour (60%), Water, Wheat Flour, Wheat Sourdough Starter (10%) (Wheat Flour, Water, Iodised salt, Yeast, Wheat Malt Flour), Wheat Gluten, Yeast, Vinegar, Canola Oil, Iodised Salt, Soy Flour, Roasted Barley Malt Flour, Sesame Seeds, Wheat Semolina, Vegetable Emulsifier (471), Vitamins (Thiamin, Folate).
Eliminate air in the bag and seal. Place in freezer. Consume within <4 months. On thawing consume within 3 days.
Store in a cool, dry place.
